(the"Operator""we""our",,, or "us") and the users of the DEYKOD mobile application and web platform.By accessing or using DEYKOD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree tobe bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use theApplication.1. Introduction1.1DEYKOD is a digital platform designed for discovering, sharing, and managing discount codes,promotional offers, and related deals.1.2The Operator provides a technology platform connecting users, influencers, content creators,companies, online stores, and other business partners.1.3DEYKOD is not an online marketplace and does not sell any goods or services offered by thirdparties.1.4Any purchase made using a discount code is concluded solely between the user and therespective merchant.1.5The Operator is not responsible for the content, pricing, availability of products, quality of services,or the contractual performance of any merchant.2. DefinitionsFor the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:Application means the DEYKOD mobile application and web platform.User means any natural person or legal entity using the Application.Registered User means a User who has created an account.Code Provider means an influencer, company, online store, or any other authorized personpublishing discount codes.Discount Code means an alphanumeric or other identifier that provides a promotional orcommercial benefit.Premium Account means the paid version of the Application providing additional features andbenefits.Content means all text, photographs, logos, names, comments, ratings, images, graphics, andany other information published within the Application.3. Acceptance of the TermsBy using the Application, you represent and warrant that:you are at least 15 years old, or you are using the Application with the consent of yourparent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law;you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.If you use the Application on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent andwarrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity.4. User RegistrationRegistration may be required to access certain features of the Application.When registering, you agree to:provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information;keep your login credentials secure and confidential;not allow third parties to access your account;immediately notify the Operator of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.Each User may maintain only the number of accounts reasonably necessary for their legitimateuse of the Application.Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating ratings, circumventing restrictions, orotherwise abusing the Service is strictly prohibited.The Operator reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend or terminate any account wherethere is reasonable suspicion of a violation of these Terms or applicable law.5. Verified Influencer and Business Accounts5.1DEYKOD allows influencers, content creators, companies, online stores, and other businesspartners to obtain verified accounts.5.2Before granting verified status, the Operator may require proof of identity or evidence ofauthorization to act on behalf of a company or organization.5.3A verified account may include, among other things:the person's or company's name;a profile photo or company logo;links to social media profiles or websites;a list of published discount codes;information regarding associated brands, partnerships, or marketing campaigns.5.4Verified status is granted solely at the Operator's discretion and does not constitute a legalentitlement.5.5The Operator reserves the right to revoke verified status at any time, including where:false or misleading information was provided during registration;the account violates these Terms;the platform is being misused;the account is used fraudulently, deceptively, or in a misleading manner.6. Publishing Discount Codes6.1Registered Users, influencers, companies, and other authorized parties may publish discountcodes through the Application, provided they have the necessary rights or authorization to do so.6.2Each Code Provider is solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, completeness, and legality ofthe information they publish.6.3The following content is strictly prohibited: false or misleading information; stolen, unauthorized, or unlawfully obtained discount codes; content that infringes the intellectual property or other rights of third parties; content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or public morals; spam or repeatedly submitted duplicate content.6.4The Operator reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to: modify the display of a discount code; mark a discount code as unverified; mark a discount code as invalid or expired; temporarily hide published content; remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.6.5By publishing any Content within the Application, the User grants the Operator a non-exclusive,worldwide, royalty-free license to display, process, reproduce, store, and make such Contentavailable to other Users solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, improving, and providingthe Application for as long as the Content remains available within the Application.7. Rules for Using the ApplicationWhen using the Application, each User agrees to: use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws; refrain from damaging the reputation or goodwill of DEYKOD; respect other Users; refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts belonging to other Users; avoid any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or stability of theApplication.Users must not, in particular: create fake or fraudulent accounts; impersonate another individual or business; artificially manipulate ratings or reviews of discount codes; use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, or other automated systems without theOperator's prior written consent; attempt to bypass or interfere with the security of the Application; disrupt the operation of servers, databases, or network infrastructure; distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code; use the Application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.Violation of these rules may result in restrictions on account functionality, temporary suspension,or permanent termination of the User's account without compensation.8. Ratings and Verification of Discount Codes8.1DEYKOD may allow Users to rate the functionality, accuracy, and quality of published discountcodes.8.2User ratings are provided solely for informational purposes and should not be consideredguarantees.8.3The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generatedratings or reviews.8.4Future versions of the Application may use automated systems or artificial intelligencetechnologies to assist in verifying the validity of discount codes.Any verification performed by such systems is provided for informational purposes only and doesnot constitute a guarantee that a particular discount code is valid or functional.8.5The Operator reserves the right to remove ratings or restrict a User's ability to submit ratingswhere there is reasonable suspicion of manipulation, abuse of the rating system, fraudulentconduct, or any violation of these Terms.9. Intellectual Property9.1The DEYKOD Application, including its name, logo, trademarks, graphical elements, databasestructure, design, software, documentation, text, and all other components, are protected bycopyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.9.2All rights not expressly granted under these Terms remain the exclusive property of the Operatoror the respective rights holders.9.3Users may not, without prior written authorization: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application or any part of it; decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source codeof the Application, except where expressly permitted by applicable law; create derivative works based on the Application; use the DEYKOD name, logo, branding, or trademarks in a manner suggestingsponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation.9.4All third-party trademarks, logos, discount codes, and trade names displayed within the Applicationremain the property of their respective owners.Their appearance within DEYKOD serves solely to identify merchants, brands, promotionalcampaigns, or business partners.10. Limitation of Liability10.1DEYKOD provides a technology platform for discovering and sharing discount codes.The Operator is not a party to any transaction or contractual relationship between Users andmerchants.10.2The Operator does not guarantee that: every published discount code will be valid or functional; any discount code will remain active for a particular period; a merchant will accept any specific discount code; particular products or services will be available; prices displayed by merchants will remain unchanged.10.3Users acknowledge that merchants may modify or discontinue promotions, discount codes, prices,or promotional terms at any time without prior notice.10.4To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for: damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application; loss of data caused by circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control; Content published by Users or third parties; the actions or omissions of merchants, influencers, Code Providers, or other third parties; indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of orrelating to the use of the Application.10.5Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability where such exclusion orlimitation is prohibited under applicable law.11. DEYKOD Premium Membership11.1Certain features of the Application may only be available through a paid DEYKODPremium subscription.11.2Premium membership may include, among other benefits: an ad-free experience; advanced search and filtering options; priority access to newly published discount codes; additional features announced by the Operator from time to time.11.3The features included in Premium may be modified, expanded, or discontinued at the Operator'sdiscretion.11.4The current subscription price will always be displayed within the Application before completing thepurchase.11.5Payments are processed through the applicable payment platform (such as the Apple App Store orGoogle Play Store), and purchases are also subject to the terms and conditions of the respectiveplatform.11.6Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant payment platform, allPremium subscription fees are non-refundable.11.7The Operator reserves the right to modify Premium pricing or available features. Such changes willnot affect any prepaid subscription period unless otherwise required by applicable law or theapplicable platform policies.12. Advertisements and Affiliate Links12.1The Application may contain advertisements, sponsored content, promotional offers, affiliate links,or other marketing materials.12.2By clicking on external links, Users may be redirected to third-party websites or applications thatare not owned or operated by the Operator.12.3The Operator is not responsible for the availability, content, security, products, services, or privacypractices of any third-party websites or services.12.4Sponsored content, advertisements, and affiliate partnerships will be identified in accordance withapplicable laws and regulations.13. Suspension and Termination of Accounts13.1Users may permanently delete their account at any time through the Application settings or bycontacting the Operator.13.2The Operator may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a User's account, includingwhere: these Terms have been violated; applicable laws or regulations have been violated; fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected; the rating or review system has been manipulated; false, misleading, or harmful information has been published; the security, stability, or integrity of the Application or its Users has been endangered.13.3In serious cases, an account may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.13.4Termination of an account shall not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature survivetermination, including liability for breaches of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.14. Changes to these Terms14.1The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, including for reasons such as: changes in applicable legislation; introduction or modification of Application features; technological developments; improvements to security or User protection.14.2Users will be notified of any material changes through the Application, by email, or by any otherappropriate means.14.3Continued use of the Application after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutesacceptance of the revised Terms.15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution15.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the CzechRepublic.15.2The parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legalproceedings.15.3If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts ofthe Czech Republic unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.15.4Consumers may also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution procedures whereprovided by applicable consumer protection laws.16.
